For 13 years, I worked closely with the JCB brand, first as part of their in-house marketing department and later as an external partner, shaping and strengthening their presence in the North American market.
During that time, I led a creative team, developing briefs and providing art direction and copy guidance to ensure every project aligned with broader marketing strategies. I managed a high volume of ads, web updates, collateral, and event materials, handling trafficking, vendor quotes, and project timelines to streamline production and optimize workflow.
Serving as a liaison to outside agencies, I helped maintain strong collaboration and clear communication across teams. I also designed and wrote copy for campaigns, product launches, social media, and dealer-facing materials to drive awareness and customer engagement. In addition, I produced branded assets and facility graphics for JCB’s dealer network and organized trade shows, launches, and dealer events, contributing to business planning and reinforcing JCB’s category leadership.
